FundedNext has unveiled the details of its September Trading Competition, offering traders the chance to compete for $8,000 in cash prizes and $650,000 worth of Stellar Instant accounts. The competition follows the firm’s recent shift to a shorter format, with this edition running for 14 days instead of a longer monthly schedule.
In announcing the event, FundedNext said the revised structure is going to keep competitions more dynamic while rewarding traders who can maintain consistency over a concentrated trading period. Registration is now open for eligible participants.
The competition’s top prize includes $5,000 in cash along with a 20K Stellar Instant account. Second place will receive $2,000 in cash and a 20K Stellar Instant account, while the third-place finisher will earn $1,000 in cash plus another 20K Stellar Instant account.
Rather than limiting rewards to only a handful of traders, FundedNext has extended prizes across the leaderboard. Competitors finishing between 4th and 10th will receive 20K Stellar Instant accounts, while those ranked 11th to 20th will be awarded 10K accounts. Traders placing 21st through 50th will receive 5K Stellar Instant accounts, and participants finishing 51st to 100th will earn 2K accounts. In addition, 50 traders ranked between 101st and 600th will be through a draw to receive 2K Stellar Instant accounts.
Every participant will trade using a $100,000 Challenge Account under a standardized ruleset. The competition applies a 5% maximum daily loss and 10% maximum overall loss, both calculated on account balance. Traders must complete at least five trading days during the event.
FundedNext also permits news trading, as well as overnight and weekend holding, while prohibiting the use of Expert Advisors (EAs). Participants may have up to five open positions at a time and execute a maximum of 50 trades per day. Competition accounts are swap-free, and only one account and one IP address per participant is allowed.
By combining cash rewards with instant-funded accounts and distributing prizes across hundreds of participants, FundedNext continues to position its trading competitions as an additional pathway for traders looking to secure funded capital beyond the firm’s standard evaluation programs.
