Gardos began trading in September 2022, starting entirely from scratch with no background in finance. “I realized after two years that psychology in trading comes before everything — before the strategy, before the risk-reward calculations. That changed everything for me,” Gardos shared.

A clean top-down, swing-trading approach: weekly zones for structure, entries on 30-minute to 4-hour charts, with strict risk management and price-action confirmation.
